Article 6 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of 1950 establishes a right to a fair and public hearing before an independent and impartial tribunal within reasonable time in cases concerning determination of a persons civil rights and obligations. The Swedish state has been found guilty of breach of this article a number of times.
Time Delay is an investigation of the slow processes in the Swedish courts' in cases concerning people's civil rights and obligations.
